Owners and co-owners can now rearrange what's locked down in their house without releasing it. Open your house sign, go to the Storage tab and press Decorate.
Drag a locked-down item to move it. It follows your cursor across the floor and onto tables, chests, beds and shelves.
Q and E turn it 15 degrees at a time (the mouse wheel works too while dragging). Hold Shift for fine 1.5 degree turns.
R and F raise and lower it, anywhere from the floor up to the ceiling. Page Up and Page Down work too.
Arrow keys nudge it into place. Shift makes every step smaller. Ctrl+Z undoes a move.
Whatever sits on a table, chest or shelf moves and turns along with it.
Right-click anything in the house while decorating to lock it down, release it, or make a container secure.
Moving something never locks it down or releases it. That's still your call.

The loading screen now waits until the world around you has finished loading, so you no longer arrive to 10 to 15 seconds of stutter. It never holds you longer than 30 seconds.
Creatures in sight load first and the rest follow in the background, instead of all 60 kinds at once when you log in.
Fixes
Items dropped inside a house now land exactly where you point, on every floor. They used to land behind your cursor, and upstairs they were often refused.
Turning furniture now shows straight away. It used to look unturned until you walked off and came back.
Furniture now sets down square to the walls, facing you, and Turn left and right land it exactly square. A crooked piece straightens on its first turn.
Riding no longer makes the screen bob while your horse stands, grazes or gallops. Your character still moves with the horse.
/profile captures now show where a slow frame's time went, which helps us track down stutter reports.
