Getting help

Stuck in a wall, trouble with another player, a question nobody around can answer: ask staff. The Ask staff for help button at the top of the game's guide, or /ticket, opens a request. Say what happened and send it; every staff member in the world is told at once.

Their answers come in your chat, marked Staff, and in the same window, where you can add to your request or withdraw it. One help request at a time. If you are away when staff answer, you are told the next time you come in.

A bug report carries your game version, your graphics card and any recent errors along with your words, so say what you were doing when it happened. You can file a few; staff read them as they can.
